Coaching Assistants

Are you passionate about basketball coaching and keen to share your expertise with our young players?

Beam Sports is seeking enthusiastic Basketball Coaching Assistants to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our young players, help deliver high-quality basketball coaching, and create an enriching experience for everyone involved.

Requirements?

• We are looking for people with a keen interest in Basketball, ideally you will have obtained a Basketball England Level 1 Coaching Qualification, this is desirable but not compulsory.

• Experience of working with children.

• Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS Check

• A valid first aid certificate and safeguarding certificate.

• A passion for promoting the benefits of sport and physical activity for children.

About the Role:

• Assist in the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate basketball coaching sessions

• Support the head coach in all aspects of coaching

• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help players improve their skills and techniques

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where everyone feels welcome and respected

• Maintain a safe and organised learning environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

• Contribute to Beams Sports policy of fostering personal growth and teamwork while promoting an active lifestyle.

Beam Sports is seeking enthusiastic and qualified Basketball Coaches to join our team of expert coaches. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our young players, to deliver high-quality sports coaching, and create an enriching experience for everyone involved.

• We are looking for experienced coaches with Basketball England Level 2 Coaching Qualification.

• Experience of working with children.

• Willing to undertake an enhanced DBS Check
